Cancellation Policy
Our products can be offered to you as a subscription or one-time purchase. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. You can manage your subscription from your customer account.

To access your account you just have to login with the same email you used to make your purchase/subscription; and if you don't remember your password, just click on "reset your password". Here the link to login: https://gadenutrition.com/a/subscriptions/manage

When you cancel your subscription, you cancel all the subsequent orders, and you won't receive any more orders after cancellation. However, orders that were already confirmed and shipped can not be cancelled.

Return and refund are not available for subscription orders after shipping.

Any price updates may be reflected in the subscription.

 

One-time purchase

You can cancel your One-Time Purchase order only if it was not shipped yet. To cancel it, send an email to support@gadenutrition.com and write "Cancel Order" in the subject line.

Please note that we cannot guarantee order cancellation as we ship very quickly - but we’ll do our best.
