We use the following carriers to deliver our orders: UPS, USPS, and DHL.

Orders placed until 4:00 pm Eastern Time (ET) will be shipped on the same day, orders placed after 4:01 pm Eastern Time (ET) will be shipped the next morning. If you purchase our products on the weekend, your order will be shipped Monday 8:00 am Eastern Time (ET).

Once your order is shipped, you will automatically receive the tracking code on your registered email. You can also access it or your customer account at our store.

We offer free shipping on all US orders over $ 50.

A carrier might update the status of a package to 'delivered' it is actually delivered. If that happens, just give it an extra two business days. If you have not received it by then, just send us an email at support@gadenutrition.com.
