The Return Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products and want to make sure our customers are completely satisfied with every item that you purchase from www.gadenutrition.com. Your satisfaction with our products is completely guaranteed for a full 30 days from the date of purchase.
Return Policy
We’ll accept return requests for items that are unopened, unused, and with the original tags still intact. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition it was received.
The maximum of bottles you can return to Gade Nutrition and claim a refund on is limited to 3 (three) bottles.
We do not accept returns for gift cards and downloadable products.
If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within <30 days> of the date you received your item.
The buyer is responsible for all costs of shipping the item back to us.
To be eligible for a refund, your purchase must be made directly from Gade Nutrition on our website www.gadenutrition.com. If you have purchased a Gade Nutrition product from another website or a retail location, please contact them directly for order-related issues.
Subscription orders are not elegible for return and refund.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request. We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved.
If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment within <two weeks>. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. We will refund the purchase price, minus the cost of shipping.
Exchanges
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please email support@gadenutrition.com within 30 days of receiving your product to begin the process.
Shipping Protection
Shipping Protection protects against financial loss if a package is lost, damaged, or stolen before you receive it.
If an order is marked as delivered for the carrier, you can only claim that you did not receive it if you have added the Shipping Protection to your order.
